Multi-Functions — There are 5 separate buttons for wall switch remote, the light button control the light on/off/dimmer, and the other 4 buttons to control the fan’s on/off and 3 speeds. All button with luminous function which allow you find this control quickly at night. Please note that the receiver does not have the function of Reverse.

Fan Remote Control Replacement — This is an universal ceiling fan and light wall control kit, with FAN-WAT1 wired transmitter as wall switch and a RC-28R receiver, work with 35T 53T HD5 UC7083T 11T KUJCE9103 etc.

Remote Control with Light Dimmer — Light dimmer compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lights. Most LED lights and all CFL lamps are non-dimmable, light dimmer only supports the ON/OFF function in that case, and it may cause to flicker when using the dimming function.

DIP Code Settings — Open the cover of remote(Below the button), there is a series of “DIP” switches (4). Please set the same code for the wall control and FAN-53T remote and 28R receiver with a pen. If you have more than one ceiling fan in your home, make sure they have different PIN code settings.

Easy Installation — Please note that this transmitter have 2 wires and is to be installed on the wall, so please make sure that your original transmitter is also a wall control. Otherwise the transmitter cannot be activated. Self-developed receiver is 240W, which far beyond the market’s carrying power capacity. Install the receiver at the canopy of ceiling fan according to the instructions.

NOTE — If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the wireless remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
