3 Speed Remote & Light Dimmer Switch — Fan Speed and light dimmer can be individually controlled on a fan and light switch combo. Easily change the ceiling fan from low, medium or high fan speeds to maintain your ideal airflow. You can set the desired brightness from 10% -100% to enjoy the appropriate ambience on different occasions when using the ceiling fan dimmer switch.
DIP Codes Setting — Look inside the old remote with the battery cover off. There is a series of “DIP” switches(4). Use a pen, slide the switches in the new remote to match the same pattern as the old remote. As long as the fan has the receiver (must have same DIP switches too). If you have multiple ceiling fans in your home, please make sure that the DIP code settings are different between them.
IT IS ONLY A TRANSMITTER — This package does not include a RECEIVER. Note: Reverse cannot be changed with remote. But it is suitable for ceiling fans with reverse function. Light dimmer compatible with incandescent light bulbs and some dimmable LED lamps. Most LED/CFL lights are non-dimmable, and the remote only control ON/OFF function in this case.
Easy Installation — Requires neutral wire and separate load wires for fan & light- please confirm that the wiring in your home is compatible before purchasing the wall switch (older homes may not have neutral wires). No Hub required. No canopy module required. Max ceiling fan load of 1 A (3 speeds), a max light load of 180W dimmable LED/CFL.
Please Note — If you have PULL CHAINS SWITCH, before using the remote control, use the PULL CHAINS SWITCH or WALL SWITCH to turn the wind speed to maximum and turn the fan light on. Only in this way can the PULL CHAINS SWITCH and wireless remote control be used together.
