If you open the remote’s battery compartment there’s likely a switch in there marked something like 1 and 2. Position 1 is a default code set that’s the same as all the transmitters that come with the fans, the second is a more unique code that allows the individual fans to be controlled by just that one remote. If it’s like my fans with similar remotes what you do is set the switch to the second position and then kill the power going to the fan, most easily from a circuit breaker going to the fan you want to program. After you turn the power back on to the fan it goes into a learning mode for like a minute, and pressing a button (I don’t recall if it’s a specific one, maybe power) on the remote should link it to that specific fan during that time period. It should all be in the manual.
That being said it looks like that’s a remote and receiver for a fan with a DC motor. If your fans are ones with three speed AC motors it might not work at all.
